I’m excited to share a progress report on building Echo, my digital replica using Sensay AI’s blockchain technology.
I’m not creating a simple chatbot – I’m developing a lifelike digital version of myself that can truly replicate my expertise and personality. While Sensay handles the core technology, I’m responsible for the crucial training process.
I’m talking about “Replica as a Service RaaS”—think of it like Go High Level but for digital duplicates.
The monetization potential is significant, especially since I’m having fun with it. In my experience, the possibilities become endless when you’re having fun making money.
I’ve completed Phase One: the foundational setup and data preparation.
My training data comes from two primary sources.
First, I conducted in-depth interviews with Shane, Sensay’s co-founder.
These conversations weren’t just interviews—they were opportunities to share stories and context that would help humanize AI. This is crucial because AI needs context to move beyond generic responses and truly capture authentic human communication.
The second data source comes from my coaching sessions.
Over the past three years, I’ve worked with executives, CEOs, co-founders, presidents, entrepreneurs, and public speakers worldwide.
I’m mainly focusing on three standout clients: a CEO of a publicly traded company whom I helped overcome speaking anxiety in less than five sessions, a Founder and CEO of a Fintech startup who secured a six-figure investment after only four sessions, and a promising young entrepreneur from Ghana who reminds me of myself at his age.
I’ve already segmented the interview data using ChatGPT and Claude, breaking down hours of content into themed sections with tags for nuance, tone, and delivery styles. The next step is to clean and segment the coaching sessions.
When Phase One is complete, I’m moving into Phase Two: core training.
I’ve established the philosophical foundation and context – now it’s time to incorporate principles, style, and responsiveness.
The ultimate goal is to create multiple specialized versions of my digital replica – one for public speaking, another for marketing, relationships, health, etc. It’s about immortalizing and monetizing my expertise across different domains.
The potential is incredible – I could scale this into a service, create SOPs, and eventually have others handle the technical work while I focus on sales and refinement.
